Win total projections

In case you missed it, 5Dimes got awesome on Tuesday night and decided to release win totals for all 124 FBS teams in college football. Strangely enough, those came exactly one month after we had released our 2012 win total projections for every college football team.

Time to see how our projections stacked up.

At long last, we’ve reached the end of our college football win totals projections. In case you haven’t been following along, we previously projected over/unders for teams in each of the six BCS conferences before tackling the smaller leagues and independents.

Beginning today, we’ll be releasing our official 2012 college football win totals for all BCS leagues, small conferences and independents.

Last year, we projected totals for six BCS conferences and the Mountain West, but will expand our projections to include all 124 teams in the country—including newcomers Massachusetts, South Alabama, Texas-San Antonio and Texas State.

Alex Gordon and Eric Hosmer are two of the bright, emerging stars in Kansas City, and Sports Illustrated has the Royals exceeding their win total at BetOnline by a sizable margin.

It’s never too early to start preparing for the release of college football regular season win totals, and throughout the spring and summer, that’s what we’ll be doing.

In this post, you’ll find win total projections for each team from the six major conferences. In the ensuing months, we’ll polish up the numbers as more information becomes available.
