The NHL Entry Draft begins tonight, and the Edmonton Oilers aren’t expected to create much drama with the first overall pick. The Oilers, who finished 32-40 in 2011-12, are widely expected to select Neil Yakupov, a Russian-born right winger.
Bovada lists Yakupov as a 1/7 favorite to go No. 1 overall.
