What would you name your horse if it was in the Kentucky Derby?
After seeing some of the names on btb's post about the Derby futures odds, I have to laugh at how hard these guys try to come up with a "cool" name for their horses.

Creative Cause? Daddy Nose Best? I'll Have Another? C'mon..

I've always thought it'd be awesome if the guys gave their horses completely ridiculous names.

My choice this year would be ...

"Kill the Head and the Body Will Die"

Or is that too many words? Dunno

I think I'd go with "Swinging Past My Knees"

That's a horse name everyone can cheer for.


But in all seriousness, if you can bet Union Rags at 5.5/1 right now I'd do that in a heartbeat. That horse is a clear favorite in my mind. Even 4/1 seems high to me. Race day that number will be lower.

'Hung Low' was my first choice. I see JS already took something similar, so I'd probably go with 'Big Shit' and since that wouldn't be allowed, I'd settle with 'Your Rubber I'm Glue'.
