Every site on the Internet has some sort of "Streak" contest, but most of them aren't winnable. They aren't winnable because the streaks are too long and the prizes are outrageous. So, I figured we'd do the opposite: We'll hold a "Streak" contest that's winnable, but the prize will be crappy. Or kind of crappy.

Here's how it will work:

Each day, you will pick an underdog of +120 or more. Use whichever lines are available at whichever book you want. The first person to pick five in a row will win a free $50, three-team parlay. If you miss a game, you go back to zero.

A few notes:

You can pick multiple games in a day. However, your first pick must finish before you pick another. You can pick a game that tips off at 7 and another that tips off later. You just have to wait until the 7 p.m. game is completed before you select another game.

You can pick any sport you want: NHL, NBA, college hoops or MLB regular season. Keep track of your own streak and post results in this thread.

If someone wins, a new game will start. The amount of picks needed (and also the prize) will increase each time someone completes a streak.

Mystery prizes will be awarded to those who reach certain milestones (i.e., a certain number of wins or win percentage)

Streak winners will also receive some sort of avatar designation recognizing their achievement.
