We own Brandon League the way Jim Tressel owned Michigan.

Loooooooong way to go.

Tribe started 30-15 last year. They went 50-67 the rest of the way.

Might not be a bad spot to back the Phillies at (-165) esp considering Doc is usually in the neighborhood of -200 for most starts.

Volstad has been "dumpster fire" bad and has been this way for a long time. Not sure I see a regression in store for him today.

As for the Phillies offense, you are correct that they have not been producing runs. Polanco is likely out for today after fouling a ball off his knee yesterday in the 6th inning. The good news is that young guys/call-ups have been producing (see Hector Luna's 9th inning GS & Mike Fontenot HR from yesterday). How long that lasts remains to be seen.

Soriano (.641 OPS) and Starlin Castor (6 for 12) have hit pretty well against Halladay.

I would wait to see the Phillies lineup before making anything more than a small play on the Phillies at -165

1. Jimmy Rollins (S) SS
2. Juan Pierre (L) LF
3. Shane Victorino (S) CF
4. Hunter Pence ® RF
5. Carlos Ruiz ® C
6. Ty Wigginton ® 3B
7. Hector Luna ® 1B
8. Freddy Galvis (S) 2B
9. Roy Halladay ® P

The phillies have had really good success hitting against Volstad. See numbers here
