RE: The Philly Godfather thread

I don't know the real reason, but I suspect that with most people it's a) they don't want a lot of people doing what they're doing, fearing that if everyone did it, it may not work anymore, or b) they feel like their methods are inferior, and they're afraid to get called out for doing what they do, even if it's profitable. You nailed it. I like to think that people that are secretive are a little insecure about their techniques. Afraid to get criticized about a method, even if it works (as you mentioned). Or they sell plays. At the same time, I think people like lets say... Philly Godfather, might be 'secretive' because he doesn't want to either A.) give up his sources, or B.) he's just being respectful of his friends, that might want to stay anonymous. Good information is difficult to find. And if he has a access to info that we can only dream of having, then why not keep it quiet? If he shared everything with everyone, he could lose his edge, which is something he's obviously earned over the years. Just my opinion. But, if I had that information, I'd obviously share it with you guys on the forum.
