i totally understand the processing time and i actually didnt call in till about 3 hours in. They actually messed up on the information, where they gave me wrong information on the senders name, but i asked them if the name is correct and they said yes and so on and so on. I wasnt super angry but i missed out a bunch of games and they sent me to tony and tony was like you can go somewhere else. happened 2 times and those are my experiences with him.

its hard for me to give him a great review if those are my experiences with him.

overall i rate his book #1 out there and will always speak highly of 5dimes. it is the only place i bet.

actually only one more instance with tony and this one, i dont fault him because it was just a mistake and it just totally sucked.

last years bama v. auburn game. had the tide in some big straights and a couple parlays. i told myself i would in-game hedge and once auburn started coming back, i tried to hedge during the commerical break and 5dimes screwed up the line and did it backwards. there was nothing i could do but take auburn +7 at +150 or something and i knew it was a bad line. They cancelled the wager later as i was trying to tell live chat to change the line but the game restarted and there was no other hedge opportunity and i lost the bama bet and good chuck of change. i know that was just a human error but tony went off on me a little. I understood him, he said it was a mistake but any mistake i have ever made with him, he isnt understanding then.
