Some ITG Team stats...
I will post more on this tomorrow but we are well over 1300 picks now.
I didn't go out and recruit the best of the best or anything like that. I basically sent out a tweet just asking who would want to be on a sports betting team. Now don't get me wrong...some guys I respect a lot with decent followings on twitter jumped on board but I honestly don't think any of them are professionals that do this full time. After doing this for a month it just blows my mind that the guys running the show at Covers and Pregame can't put a better product out there. If betting $100, the top 3 guys based on my rankings are up over $4500 (combined) for the first month. I suggested that people start tailing them a week ago and since then they have gone 25-15 (+$1391) That isn't even counting a 6-2 day yesterday. It has all been tracked and their team picks are out there every day for people to see. I am not nearly as anti-tout as most but I have to say that being involved with all of this for a month has really changed my mind about those out there selling picks. What the ITGteam does for free with no capital puts a lot of these places to shame. I'll post more detail and more stats tomorrow. @ITGlife on twitter |

RE: Some ITG Team stats...
Assuming that the average capper has placed roughly 50 bets each, the sample size is still way to small to extract any meaningful results from this - either good or bad.

And it doesn't stop with the top 3. There are several others that have made a healthy profit. To be perfectly honest I am very proud of everyone involved.

Despite the small sample size the team as a whole much less the top performing members would have to go on a cumulative massive losing streak to even be at a break even point. At this point it is far from "epic failure." I can't remember who predicted that ![]() Also, even if the records and winnings were a complete and utter failure the concept was easy to implement. I really do not understand why more touts aren't completely transparent. It seems like it would be good for business. @ITGlife on twitter |

RE: Some ITG Team stats...
How many handicappers did we determine that Pregame has? Twenty-five?
I'd be interested in seeing you put together a team of 25 people, and then track results from both you and Pregame and put them side-by-side over the same time period. Except, when tracking results for Pregame, you must also factor in the cost of pick packages, too. Would be interesting to see who came out ahead - the paid folks, or the free folks. RE: Some ITG Team stats...
Even I didn't think that after a month the top 15 ranked guys would be a combined 400-295 (+139.55). Those are not unique picks but the consensus losses are counted the exact same way as the consensus wins.
400-295 (+139.55) ... small sample size or not you can't deny that is impressive. @ITGlife on twitter |

If we used the ITG team format...which is a 3 pick per day max...and the Pregame guys had to deduct package prices from their winnings it wouldn't even be close. It would be like that Patriots/Bears game from a couple of years back when the Patriots were something like 3 point favorites playing at Chicago in the freezing weather and they won by 40. That being said I am not going to get into a competition with anyone. I have already turned this down a couple of times. The idea isn't for this to be a competition with other sports bettors as much as it is supposed to be a resource for other sports bettors. I just couldn't help myself with the stats because the more and more I interact with all of the guys the more I really appreciate what they are doing. @ITGlife on twitter |

RE: Some ITG Team stats...
I could argue that it's unimpressive if the average price on these bets was -140.

Probably less than -105. @thesportsmarket has played MLB ML dogs exclusively for 65 graded wagers. That helps the average quite a bit. @ITGlife on twitter |
