I have gone to a 7-11 and got the Pre-paid fill WU card. At 1st it doesn't have your name on it, but you can deposit up to 500 a day into right @ 7-11. It will then act as. A debit card. Once you call WU & verify your name & add. They will send you one w/ your name on it.
