Sarah Phillips of ESPN
Sarah Phillips is a writer for ESPN's Page 2. She writes a weekly picks column and is 53-40-2 (56.9 percent) picking both NFL spreads/totals and CFB spreads/totals. I think her columns are insightful and a good read.

Sarah is also on Twitter and she'll occasionally (I assume just occasionally) announce her plays. Not sure if anyone has tracked her record of her posted Twitter plays, but she does quite well. Occasionally I have rode along with her plays and I've won more than I've lost. Sometimes she'll just say what her plays is, sometimes she'll post a screen shot of her 5Dimes wagers. However, she tends to post screen shots of her big plays well after a game has started and she's on the right side of it what seems like every time. Has anyone else noticed this? I think it's strange that I rarely see any of her big plays posted BEFORE a game has started. Thoughts?

She isn't real. The BTB investigative team has been on "her" for months.

Not really in my place. At least not until I know more. But if you ever compare her Covers columns with her Page 2 columns, you'd realize that the writing isn't the same. Or nowhere near the same. Also, a little birdie suggests that she tends to "duck" opportunities to share her wisdom on video and/or with audio.

Any more brain busters?

If any of you want to know about the alter-egos of handicappers, please, don't hesitate. Some of the more prominent frauds go by 17 or more names, but I have them all documented and filed away and know more about them than their wives probably do. Sarcastic LOL

Anyone know who @FootballJesus is? He gives decent advice time to time, but the numbers he claims on Twitter are unreal.

You are correct. His numbers are not real. They are fabricated.

What's the scoop with @PhillyGodfather. He posts pictures of some of the tickets he cashes, and they're large numbers. I'm sure he has a lot of losing tickets as well, but just curious if anyone knows him.

Wait, you mean he didn't win on ALL 65 of his tickets?

I could bet $5500 (well, I couldn't afford that, but as an example) to win $5000 at one book (say I like this side better) and $4400 to win $4000 at another book (on the opposite side). Best case, I win $600, worst case, I lose $1500. Either way, I have a very large winning ticket that I can post a picture of so people will pay for future wagers. People will believe anything.

Just saying.

Well played, sir. Well played.

FYI, I made the foolish mistake of paying for picks many moons ago. I will not be headed down that path again. Was more just curious if anyone knew any of these people.

They are running some of the greatest shell games in the history of sales on that site. You almost have to give them credit for how cunning they are.

Heard of them, but not really familiar with their tactics. Can anyone give a quick overview of how those guys are worse than the others?
