I know some people who are following the @OhWonka twitter account. My understanding is Sarah still controls it, right? I want to let these people know about it if she is behind it still. Thanks, appreciate the assistance.

I'm pretty sure I heard that she gave it back, but I could definitely be wrong on that.

I really don't like the media and this is the exact reason why. He went ahead and ran with a story that he had zero proof actually happened except some random guy that emailed him. I do believe Sarah and Nilesh are up to no good but ...... @JohnHarrison_ on Twitter |

Kinda like touts. They'll just post any play without actually backing any of them up.

I agree, while they did a great job uncovering so much, it seems like they (DeadSpin) got just as caught up in the attention it got as the rest of us.
It's like it isn't a matter of who's dirty and who's not as much as it is who's dirtiest? @ITGlife on twitter |

Exactly, this whole story lacks one thing, a law-abiding citizen. And it is written by a guy who would post anything negative sent his way. |

RE: Sarah Phillips of ESPN
Deadspin did a great job. I know "Ben" personally. I can attest that was 100% legit. I even warned him about doing stuff with her as a result of this thread and people I know who said the same.
Obviously once the story came out, and a lot of people came out of the woodwork who were slightly less embarrassed to talk at that point, one guy slipped through the crack and gave some false info. They took it down, and said they did. The only stupid media out there is everyone else who was slow on this. This story was up for grabs for quite a while now. We all knew something was there. |

Or a financial analyst to be able to manage his own finances. If you're not backing up your own opinion/"skill", why should anyone else pay to see that opinion/"skill"? But hey, at least you're a law-abiding citizen. Good job. You seem like a quality guy.

The Sarah Phillips saga appears to finally be over. But this FAQ was particularly well done and is a great recap of the events for those looking to tell the story to friends, family and future generations.

Talk about a disappearing act. What possibly the biggest story when it came out, now it's just gone.
