Just a question about online books in general.....when funding an account via credit card, does the credit card company consider it a cash advance or just a regular purchase. -Thanks

I believe a regular purchase, but generally, I've done either Western Union or Bank Card.

my debit card from a credit union records it as a purchase but usually there is a international debit card fee that comes with it a few days later, usually $5 or something like that.
