NHL Futures Opportunity
Just thought I'd throw this out there.
Sbgglobal releases their NHL Futures every Monday morning and they aren't taken down until the following Sunday at 8:59pm Eastern. I'm not sure how substantially NHL futures generally change from one week to the next, but I know in my case I wanted to take bet the Sharks to win the cup, and at the beginning of last week they were posted at 25-1. I waited until they played Dallas last Saturday night and since they won (which really helped their playoff and division position), I took them on Sunday before the lines were removed. The next day when the lines were released the Sharks were down to 15-1. I'm not sure if there are any other teams in a similar position, but if anyone is planning on making an NHL futures play, it might be worth checking into this. |

RE: NHL Futures Opportunity
I personally don't know anyone who is an Sbgglobal player, although once in our Underdog Streak game I saw one member use an Sbgglobal line. Also on the VegasInsider page where they list Offshore lines, they include Sbgglobal.
I've been using them for at least the last four years and I've never had any issues. I've never waited more than 24 hours for a payout (although I use Western Union and Moneygram...so I do pay a fee). And my favorite thing about them is that they give a 10% bonus on all credit card deposits over $50. I might be wrong but I don't think a lot of books offer that. On cash deposits they cover fees AND give a 10% bonus (not free play, bonus). They offer a lot of other perks. I would highly recommend them. Side not, I'm watching the Red Sox/Tigers game and I'm just shocked they pulled Verlander. I've seen it time and time again...a pitcher who is absolutely dominating gets pulled because of a pitch count, etc...and the other team comes back. I'm not complaining here, as I'm on the Sox, but it just baffles me that managers continue to do this. |

RE: NHL Futures Opportunity
All worked out in the end. For Detroit, that is.
I don't get why a book would leave its futures odds up that long, without updating them. I would think that it must not have a lot of players. But I'm sure I'm wrong on that end.
