Since no one objected, we are using the playoff seeding bonus format.

The favored seed will receive a +0.20 unit bonus for each point difference between seeds.
For example, #1 vs. #16 (16 - 1 = 15 * 0.20) #1 will receive a +3.00 bonus for the ROUND OF 16.
The bonus will continue throughout playoffs.
