MLB Wednesday
2-2 last night, 3-4 on the week. Mets suck!

MIL -109- Greinke 4.14 era on the road, which is nothing special, but a 47/13 k/bb ratio. The era should come down. Also has a 1.45 era in June with a 30/5 k/bb ratio. Bailey struggles at home. Juice isn't great here for a poor Brewers team but I really like the matchup.

LA +125- Lincecum has been terrible. Everyone keeps waiting for him to finally breakout so they either avoid fading him or bet on him. This isn't really a fade, so to speak, because I also like Billingsley. He hasn't dominated on the road or in June, but he's solid. At +125, ya gotta take it.

ARI +121- Cahill has been very good on the road (2.30, 42/21) and awesome in June (2.45, 25/8 in 29). The peripherals show it's not a fluke either. Hanson struggles mightily at home and has been taken out of games early lately. Love this bet!

BAL +111- Hammel's numbers at home- 2.03 era, 36/13 in 40. 29/10 in 28, 1.61 era in June. Guy has been unbelievable! I love Weaver but look at his splits. He's unhittable at home but much more ordinary on the road.

Good luck!

RE: MLB Wednesday
SF seems to be a popular pick today. Everyone's waiting for the Lincecum breakout. But how can I not take Billingsley getting that much juice against a pitcher who has been flat out HORRIBLE? Also here are Billingsley's 3 year splits vs SF:

3.03 era, 73/26 in 86.

Good luck to you also! Go O's and Brews!

RE: MLB Wednesday
Lincecum getting closer with each start, and his last one has everyone here in the bay area thinking he's nearly back, if not completely back.

Last Friday night in Oakland he allowed first six batters of the game to reach safely. Was 3-0 Oakland, bases loaded, 0 outs. He then proceeded to strike out the side. He didn't allow a hit after that and only walked one. Finished with six innings pitched, 3 runs, 3 hits, 8k's.

Today the Giants play for first place, looking to sweep an offensively inept Dodgers team (shutout last two games).

Just sayin'...

I agree, he was flat out studly after that first inning, btw SF won the game.

Im nervous about the Mil play with Braun out but stayed with it due to Grienke.

Wiseguy: Did you catch what just happened in the Brewers game? Bases loaded for Mil up 5-2, nobody out. Aoki K's, Ransom caught stealing home, pop up. Nice job! Reds will win now.

RE: MLB Wednesday
I should have listened to all of you! Lincecum appears to be back, LA offense punchless. I hope the Mets sweep these bums.
