Not a lot of quality dogs to chose from which fit in the criteria of having to be at least +121 today, so I'll take a shot and go with the better team, at home, who's 4-0 vs. Sabathia and his 7.20 ERA against Boston this year. I also like the way John Lackey has been competing the past few starts. I think it's the best Dog on the board today over +121..
