No tracking number, response from customer service has been consistent - we'll send you information when it becomes available. Anyone ever challenge charges or deposits when checks aren't received in timely fashion? I'm starting to think I should dispute CC charges.

If you ever want to play on these sites again, do not do a charge back. they share information between sites, and you will get black listed. You should never even mention that you are thinking about doing that...

Thank you for the advice, I wasn't aware they shared information. Just frustrated at this point and beginning to think I've been duped.

RE: Bovada Payout Issues
I spoke with R**** on Friday of last week. He confirmed to me that my first payout request by wire for $4,000 on March 21 was not processed as they'd thought and that the error was on their part. As I stated in a prior post, he offered to send an expiated check for this particular pay out and I should have received a tracking number by Friday evening or Monday and check in hand by this Friday at the latest. No tracking # to date. I was also told that the second payout request from the first part of April was completed, per wire, and should hit my account in 2-3 days. Nothing there today but I'll give them a day or so.

I've already raced around with CS prior to being assigned to R**** in regard to sending in any of my banking info. and yes, I'm being past stubborn on this. I refuse. But, I refuse based on requesting a wire, not a check. Every wire has a trace ID on it and no funds can be placed in an account unless the funds are available from the sender. It's the safest form of assurance I know of, yet impossible for those of you cashing out prior to the $2500 wire limit, that your funds won't bounce. Accounting and processing also have all of my banking info. as they do anyone's that is using wire as a deposit method, as well as the ABA number and routing number to use in order to initiate the wire. With that being said, a peek at my account would show a completed or non completed wire transfer to my bank without my having to provide them with further bank statements.

I know everyone here is overly anxious for their pay outs and with good reason and I also see someone has posted batch dates. I am in my 41st day since my first request. I think they missed a batch date here or there. :-)

At any rate after my conversation with my assigned "player advocacy" manager on Friday, and his assurances as well as settled agreements on his and mine as to how my funds would , will, be distributed, I received this email today. Considering his conversations with me the email does not sound like his words and I think I was thrown off to someone else as he's not in every day and I'm back to the "canned" response I was getting when first contacting CS.

I am hoping that we get some good news from the rest of you that have received tracking numbers in the last few days.

I understand your frustration and appreciate your continued patience with this. I want to assure you that we're doing everything in our means to get you your funds. I have an update for you. We are seeing that some wires are actually going through to player's accounts. With this being said, we need you to send in a running bank statement since March 21st, the day you requested the wire. We just need to confirm that your wire did not go through.

Once you send this in, and we confirm that you did not receive the funds, we will expedite your check. Please send that to service@bovada.lv and we will take care of the rest.

If you need anything else or have any questions at all, please let me know.

RE: Bovada Payout Issues
Deedal... I think we have similar situations for sure... They are doing the exact crap to me..

My Story...

requested check March 27
Told they need to a tracer on my bank wire... Late April and it would take 10 days
Told that I could use western union
Told that it was no longer an option and a check was already sent out May 7th
Today May 15th I was told the check was no sent out and I needed to send my bank statement for the 4th time.
R** is a liar and his word should mean nothing to anyone working with him...

Bovada is worthless and I can't wait to be finished with them...

Can we please start a petition to get them off the internet??

Why you might ask? Because they are dishonest and unwilling to give any legit help to their customers.. And if anyone has some dumb to reply... you can suck it because I'm past the point of caring right now...

Screw BOVADA

The longer I wait the more I BOIL over this shit..

There are three options for payouts now:

Check by Courier
Money Transfer
Rapid Transfer

Previously there was bank wire. Now that option is not available. My issues have stemmed from bank wire.

However, with Money transfer and rapid transfer, they are only available if you used those to fund the account. Also, they are limited to 800 and 2000 max withdrawal. Lastly, the fees are really high with both of those options. So the reality is the check by courier is the only economically viable payout option now at Bovada.

Bankwire is still available here in the States so I assume you are not in the states?

RE: Bovada Payout Issues
Hello,

I have used Bodog/Bovada for 3 years, and made 6 successful payouts, mostly using MyPaylinq in the past. Since my recent deposits were Visa CC deposits, they cancelled my 48hour wire transfer payout, and converted it to 15 day check by courier. I requested the payout on April 7th 2012. The approved it on April 10th 2012. At that time they stated it would be a MAX of 15 days. They did not state "working days" either, simply 15 days. It is now May 15th 2012, and after sending them 9 emails and getting 9 canned replies with excuses and empty promises I still have no tracking number and no check. Yet the marketing/sales department has fucking time to call me and ask me to make more deposits???? Use those resources to pay the people you owe Bovada.

I am now worried that it is clear, they stopped payouts in March of 2012.
I do not know anyone who has been able to get paid recently, do you????

They are pulling a Full Tilt scam, and ponzi scheme.
It must be time to let their brand name circle the toilet bowl.

It is not this challenging to pay the people you owe.
It has been a month and a half, stop making excuses.

Sincerely worried,
Patrick

RE: Bovada Payout Issues
After requesting a payout of my account balance a month ago and going back and forth with emails, bovada just sent me a message and put 125 dollars in my account for "the inconvenience this has caused" after I told them I was counting on the money for my honeymoon (which is kinda true but Im not stupid enough rely solely on a betting paycheck lol).. Still no tracking number and now I have an extra 125 bucks in an account which I doubt I will ever see. I am going to request a payout for the 125 and see what they have to say about that....I'm furious as I'm sure you are. Anyone else receive an "inconvenience bonus" tonight?

Thanks for sharing. I requested 4/11, approved 4/13. I wonder if we will actually get them in 25 bus. days. I am really getting mad about the miscalculated times.

I got a bonus too. Mine was for $500. I guess that I have been more inconvenienced than you! I did receive a check for $2,700 last week that I requested on 04-05-12 that cleared. So, "rest assured", they are still paying. Just be patient. Good luck guys

Weird isn't it. I'm 41 days out. My request was approved March 21. And again today, I am being told I will be get a tracking number on that request which was set up to be wired. Yet the second request for April 4th..is being wired and I'm told should be show in the next 3 days.. It's all screwed up. J. we must be sitting in a batch of our own Hmm

I ask the question yesterday to R***** about the batches and he said he couldn't comment on that.... Seems like a nice guy, but they all do in the beginning. I continue to wait for my tracking number after being told I should have it by last Friday... I wouldn't hold your breath on the three day quote...

guys, post up offshore is just about dead. I would not recommend sending funds anywhere offshore now. Find a local or an agent or keep it low deposits. Wait times for cashouts are only going to get longer and costlier. Sad as it is be safe with your money!!

Are you just talking about bovada, or everywhere? I know some books have never had issues with payouts. Actually process them quickly.

RE: Bovada Payout Issues
Contacted a couple attorneys for insight to see if I there is a case.... Both said YES.... Like I said, I'm not trying to get SUE happy, but at what point do you guys think we should take it to that level? The generic responses are getting old from Bovada.. I'm not familiar with Bovada and I see alot of you guys saying that we will get paid it's just a matter of when. I don't trust Bovada due to the constant mistrusts being told... Like I said, I was guaranteed one of my two payouts this week and have yet to receive a tracking number.... I've spent too much time and energy on this mess, but when your not being paid $7500 dollars, I guess it's worth the worrying???

RE: Bovada Payout Issues
Hi, new to this forum, my approved date is 4-7-2012 on a 1600 dollar payout. Getting the same runaround as others and just got this message. Frustrated, but just really hoping I will eventually get the money. This seems really bad issuing significant bonuses if they are having problems with funds. Funny how I can deposit with them and they take my money from my bank instantly, but if I withdraw this BS. I will update with new info
