RE: Bovada Payout Issues
They called me today and I'm going through the whole bank statement process. They say they have sent it but it is not in my account. The tone is a lot nicer today thanks to Bovada Service.... Still not received by payment and still continue to jump through many hoops, but at least they are trying to help me.... The most willing they have been to help me...
Whats the longest someone has had to wait for a bank wire payout? |

RE: Bovada Payout Issues
SkyBlue42 I do agree with you, but if it was going to take longer for large amounts to be dispersed they should make customers aware of that... However, I see your point

RE: Bovada Payout Issues
I disagree with those talking about $ amount of withdrawal or balances etc. It should have nothing to do with anything. A customer is a customer, and should be processed that way. As for my issue, I did a PM to the Bovada Forum person on forum as they requested with info. It appears all they did was send me right back to same customer service. Granted they did contact me next day but pretty much got back similar reply yesterday as I expected and heard others have gotten:
"I've been looking through your account, and noticed that during the estimated timeframe for your payout that there were actually a couple holidays around Easter weekend on April 6th and 9th. So, with those in mind, that actually puts the payout on the 16th business day. I've been in contact with the Payouts Team, and as soon as I have an update I will get back you by email. It should be by the end of the day tomorrow. I'm stepping out of the office for the night, but I look forward to providing you with an update." Either way its close to end of day and no further update as of yet as indicated in reply. I will keep posting on my adventure. 25 days/19 business per me/ 17 business per them and so called holidays and still nothing! |

RE: Bovada Payout Issues
Well at least they did respond by end of day with the following email:
"I've been looking into your payout for you, and I do have an update. What I can tell you is that you should expect a tracking number by the middle of next week. As soon as I see that information available I will contact you by email." So we'll see. Either way even if I get a tracking by say next Wed. delivery maybe fri/sat next week. Thats another 8 days/6 business on top of the already 25 days/19 business days. Let's see when I get that tracking number nowlet alone the check. Adventure continues. |

RE: Bovada Payout Issues
Hokie66 I feel your pain too.
Im on day Business day 19 with the holiday grace period included.. Should be 21 business days by now... I keep getting the run around... They now put a tracer on my bank wire, but say it can take ten days to conclude an answers..... Then I asked the question of what happens next and it seems as though they start the whole payout process from the beginning... It is very frustrating and rude that Bovada is even aloud to treat customers like this.. Bovada Service did forward me to a guy who says he is investigating my bank wire, but he doesn't have any answers either... My business is over with Bovada as soon as I get my last two payouts........ Can't wait to get this over with!! |

RE: Bovada Payout Issues
Well my story so far is, I requested a check and received it in 3 weeks so within expected time there. Once I deposisted it is when the problems started. First it was from united overseas bank in singapore made out to bank of america in my name. My bank warned me that it is likely a fraud check and I will be charged a bounced check fee. I was like let's try it anyways.
Well so that was 4/11 and I've been on the phone with the supervisor of my bank almost every day, and they have been unable to verify any release of funds from bank of america and now want me to give them some contact information from the singapore bank which so far I've only been able to find a 1800 number on their website. Contacted Bovada support to see if they could provide some more information and they said all information is on back of the check... not true because the back of the check was blank not even a line to sign your name and do not seem able to comprehend this situation. I asked if could get a Western Union instead and they flat out said no because I used a credit card to deposit. I asked them what they will do if my bank is unable to process this check (which is the current situation) and still waiting for a reply from Bovada. So looks like I'm getting charged a bounced check fee very soon as my bank can not get any verification from bank of america and I"m out $400 for the check. Be warned using BOVADA. So far it's been hell. I just hope I see some money within the next 4 months. |

RE: Bovada Payout Issues
Sorry to hear that warpcrash. Now I am really worried about Bovada's financial stability. I have deposited exact same check a little while back drawn on Asian Bank thru B.O.A. and it cleared within 2 days. There is no way in hell that any check, especially drawn against a US bank should not be cleared after 16 days. I think we are going to hear something seriously bad about Bovada in the news shortly. And like you I never understood why you can't request any type of payout form. Why should it matter, especially if your deposits are cleared to them regardless of deposit type. Keep us updated.

RE: Bovada Payout Issues
They said this
We request you to send us the copy of the returned check, along with your bank statement and any fees incurred with it. Once we receive the documents, we will investigate on it and rest assured that proper action will take place. But that basically means they'll send me another check and I'll probably have to deal with the same situation again Maybe just my bank is not equipped to deal with international checks, it's a credit union with around 5 branches here. Either way it's still a hassle and if they would of just send a western union as I requested non of this would have happened to begin with. |

I actually haven't had problems with the credit union that I use. I'm a little surprised they wouldn't use western union, though. Especially after the trouble you've gone through with the check.

RE: Bovada Payout Issues
Hi, I'm new to this forum.
I just made my first cashout on Bovada for $5667. They only approved a cashout for $5617 --> not sure why, but since the difference is so small I am not concerned. They split the cashout into two because their checks are maxed out at $3000. Now, I just hope that the checks come in and clear successfully. So far, no tracking # provided. |

RE: Bovada Payout Issues
I, too, have been using Bodog/Bovada for years. I used to request courier for my payout's with no issues with payout time frames or deposits. If I requested a payout on a Wednesday the check was here the following Thursday. At that time there was a 10 day time frame and it was always met by then, if not sooner. Recently I've been using bank wire. I have 2 outstanding payout's. One from March 21 for $4,000 and another from April 11 for $2,500. I'd contacted CS 4 times on the first payout and received the same story as to the 2 holidays. We only had one business day holiday, Good Friday so that was a no go BS response. The responses are also canned and repetitive no matter what the prior email I'd sent was.
Eventually Bodava requested my bank statement as well. I went off the wall. Please remember "we" are the customers like any other brick and mortar business we are giving them cash for a service, and the service is to be given in return. It is NOT your responsibility to prove anything to them. it is theirs to prove they have provided what you paid for and are to receive. After several emails with the same 'ole response I finally sent them the following: Please read this and read it carefully so you understand me without continually repeating the same thing email after email I know when the approval date was for the $4000 payout and the 15 day rule for processing. IF you would read all other emails that have been sent to your dept. you will see that I was told at first request for information on my payout to please wait 3 more days. when payment was not received on the 15th day. I was told again in a different email to pls. wait another 3 days for processing due to two holidays. ( there was only one business holiday by the way) I was then told once AGAIN upon a third request for information on my payout that there was now a "new" 18 day wait. In the fourth email I was told the payment would be in my account on the 30th. My monies ( for either of the last two payouts) are not in my account as of today, period. Therefore I am informing you that the first payment of $4,000 has not yet been received on the date ( which was specifically told to me to be the 30th) meaning someone had to have checked with accounting at that time to give me today's date. As your customer, I am asking you to contact YOUR accounting dept. to see when the wire was initiated. Yourself and possibly your accounting dept. has my account number, all of my deposits, wires made to my checking account and any other pertinent information needed to resolve this without my bank statement info.at this time. I had the very same issue with the last or second to last payout I requested and the delay in receiving funds. I was told I would receive the money in my account on such and such a date and it was there as promised. I was not asked to provide any further information to you and, as a matter of fact, complained that there was never an issue with a payout with Bodog at which time I was told ( and I saved all of your emails so I can show you the one I am speaking of) that Bovada and Bodog were one and the same. I find it hard to believe. I am not patient, nor understanding at this point. There are two payouts in limbo., one for $4,000 that we are discussing now that was due in my account today per an email from your department and a second for $2,500 that should also have arrived in my account today including the wait period in business days. ALL wires to and from any institutions local or abroad have tracking numbers and or wire dates with a confirmation number. You are asking me to provide you with information on my end when your accounting department. would have ALL of the necessary information to tell you (me) when and if the wire transfer(s) was made for both of the payout requests. I Am the customer! I request that you ask your accounting department, as has been done in the past for me, IF a wire transfer was made for the $4,000 payout and on what date. If it has not been done I would like a date in which it will be. IF it has been done a matter of a week or so ago, per the accounting department, then we have a problem with the transfer of "my" funds having NOT reached my account and I will then issue a portion of my bank account showing nothing has yet been received from the wire being made up to now Bodova's response: Thanks for contacting Bovada Customer Service. We would like to thank you for taking the time to write to us today. Please note that we understand your frustration and have gone ahead and forwarded you email to the appropriate department to be further reviewed. We would like to let you know that we will contact you via your email address on file once we have more information on your payout in the amount of $4000 and $2500 via Bank Wire. Please be advised that this may take approximately 24 to 48 for an update on your payout. We thank you for your understanding in this matter. Our Customer Service Team is available at service@bovada.lv 24/7 to help if you need anything else. Thanks, Bovada Customer Service 1-888-263-0000 Bodava has the means in which to give you the information you need, or request, and should do so in a timely manner. This morning I received another "canned" email requesting my bank info. from customer service when the above resolve was already in hand from yesterdays email. I don't have a concern that Bovada is going under, nor that I will not eventually get paid. The odd thing is that back in Dec, 2011 I requested a $5,500 payout. There was a short delay. So I told a white lie to CS stating I have a fridge on order and had to have the cash on hand to pay for it and that they would be screwing up my "credit" and "reputation" by a further delayed payout. I received my wire the following day. It has been done. Use your customer authority, and demand what you expect from them as a customer not what they tell you to expect from them as a service provider. Don't call. Send emails and save them. you have a form of backup that way and a sure fire means of supporting the various customer service responses that are sent. !0 days for Bodog- 15 for Bodava-upted to 18 in one email and now we're into the eternal black hole. As for Bovada, they're on my short list. I play slots and although my wins are fewer and the payouts a bit slow as well , although not as slow as Bovada at this time. Rushmore will be getting my money for now. Will keep you updating as to the above payout issues |

RE: Bovada Payout Issues
I'd like to publicly thank Bovada for being one of BTB's best referrers. The forum has been getting lots of sign-ups lately from frustrated Bovada customers.
Jokes aside, I'm terribly sorry to hear that all of you have been experiencing problems and delays. All I can ask is that you contact the Bovada rep in the forum, try to keep your cool and hope for the best. Be sure to keep us posted on your progress. On Twitter: @beyondthebets |

RE: Bovada Payout Issues
Contacting a rep. is fruitless. I've been back and forth with at least 15 emails from yesterday through today each requesting my bank statements, now, because they are now saying they are showing a confirmation that the $4,000 was placed in my checking and with those docs. they can trace it. Trace what? They said it was a confirmed deposit so what's left to trace? It makes no sense. An email sent from them on the 24th stated that my money would be in my account by the 30th. It's wasn't. I can only assume that on the 24th. the rep responding to me had an indication that the funds had not been confirmed as having been placed in my account by giving me a new deposit date. I see no reason, as customers, we have to prove we have no deposited funds while they refuse to give their customers any pertinent information to help them resolve what may be a home issue with a bank, etc.. Wire transfers are given confirmation and or transfer numbers with receipts of the transaction. What's so difficult about handing that info. over to the customer? As far as I'm concerned, if you say something is done and you see it's done, show me it has been and we'll go from there. One of the major problems here is that you are not assigned to a single rep. to handle your complaint. Emails are being sent in double time with one hand not knowing what the other one is doing, while sending on the same old canned response. it's pathetic at best.

RE: Bovada Payout Issues
30 days since approval/ check by courier
22 business days and counting (20 per them and assuming Good Fri./Easter Mon. holidays) then again 2 holidays could be April 4th "Tell A Lie Day" or April 17 "National BLAH BLAH BLAH Day" which both seem to fit their cust svc responses to customers. No kidding here's link: http://www.holidayinsights.com/moreholidays/april.htm Last of many Cust. Svc. emails from April 26th: "I've been looking into your payout for you, and I do have an update. What I can tell you is that you should expect a tracking number by the middle of next week. As soon as I see that information available I will contact you by email." So since tomorrow is middle week, I am taking bets on whether I recieve a tracking # 100:1 any sort of email update 50:1 or absolutely nothing 1:100 |
