A&M +50000 to win Big 12 Tourney

Posted the following on Covers as well, looking for some input!

Put $10 (max limit) on 5Dimes on Texas A&M to win the Big 12 tourney at 500-1. Saw way too much value there since I saw them beating OU in the first round.

With the win tonight against OU by 9, they play Kansas tomorrow afternoon. They've played KU tough this year, both games were close down to the end. If they somehow manage to get past Kansas, the line against Baylor/Kansas State should be relatively short.

Any advice on how much to hedge since I only risked $10 to win $5,000? Ideas on the Kansas ML tomorrow?

All comments appreciated, first go-around at futures this year.

I'd say wait and see what happens in the first half of the Kansas game tomorrow. The ML on that game will be too big to make taking Kansas worth it. IF A&M can get a halftime lead, you could look to hedge there. Otherwise you'll be paying something like -900 or -1000 to hedge with KU, which I doubt you want to do.

A&M just opened as 14-point underdogs (!!!!!) against Kansas. There's not even a money line at BetOnline. 5Dimes probably has one, but it's going to be astronomical.

Yeah, you'll definitely need to get past another one before you can even think about a hedge.
