How does anyone with a website like Bob's take themselves seriously? I mean, really, you're talking about how legit you are, and you're hosting your site on blogspot? Seriously, you can get 2-3 years of web-hosting for less than $500. You'd think someone as adept at making money as Bob would be able to swing that no problem. I mean, the #moneyteam is just rolling in cash, but can't afford to pay a developer to create an actual website that doesn't look like it's from 1997? Better yet, you have contacts in every industry on the planet, and can't get someone to swing you a favor? Something doesn't add up here. You know the saying, "If it quacks like a duck, and walks like a cow, it's definitely retarded." Pretty sure that's a saying.
If you went down a checklist of how to create a p.o.s. website (loud/distracting background, childish fonts, near endless scrolling, etc.) he nailed almost all of them. All that's missing is an icon to trail the mouse, or some scrolling text, and this website would be in the Hall of Fame. And it's not just him, the whole crew is on blogspot, and they all have the same obnoxious site design.
And don't think this has anything to do with Philly; I could care less who wins the pissing contest here. I'm just amused at people that think having 20-30k Twitter followers means they've found some measure of success in life. Even someone like Darren Rovell, that has 200k followers is a joke. Bill Gates has over 6m followers, Obama has 14.8m. Hell, Kim Kardashian is only famous for being famous, and she has 14.5m followers. Congrats, big shot, you have 0.002% as many followers who's only contribution to society is having a nice trunk. Please show me how I can have the same success in life as the #moneyteam.
