Was checking out their site today and it looks like they could have some useful information for fantasy/prob wagering. Anyone here currently use them?

I have been a sub for years, its like the fantasy bible for me, I also like using them to spot turn around teams, they have been exceptional at that.

How do you use them for fantasy? do they have individual projections that are spot-on or something?

You can buy their KUBIAK rankings. Its a spreadsheet of rankings that can be customized to your leagues scoring. I think you can get it as a package deal with their Almanac.

Is it mostly helpful for fantasy type stuff? i don't play fantasy football but their statistics could be helpful with props I would think?

You can buy the Kubiak for like $20. The almanac which is an in depth read on every team and projects wins and losses is like an additional $15. I would think most of the guys around here would love this. Its worth the purchase i used to purchase the hard copy but they update the kubiak online which helps with injuried etc.
