Cantor Gaming releases NBA season win totals; Heat open at 61.5; Thunder, Lakers just behind

The LVH SuperBook was the first Las Vegas sportsbook to release NBA regular season win totals last week. Now, we also have numbers from Cantor Gaming, which posted over/unders for all 30 teams within the last couple days.

As you might expect, the Miami Heat opened with the highest total at 61.5 (under -140), a shade ahead of both the Oklahoma City Thunder (60.5) and Los Angeles Lakers (59.5). On the low end is the Charlotte Bobcats, who opened at 20.

The LVH opened the Bobcats at 21.5 but the line moved to 19.5 within 24 hours.

Here are the biggest differences between the two book’s openers:

  • New Orleans Hornets | Cantor: 28.5; LVH: 25.5.
  • Phoenix Suns | Cantor: 32.5; LVH: 34.5.
  • Washington Wizards | Cantor: 29.5; LVH: 31.5
